We are a company that serves as a link for individuals who are regarded as Freelancers to connect with a wide range of Freelance job opportunities in order to benefit them financially. We also serve as the link for Advertisers who are willing to give out jobs so as to get them done. Therefore,we are regarded as the middle man of Freelancers and Vacant jobs.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Phase Freelance follows the following principles in order to protect your privacy:

  • We do not collect any more personally identifiable information about you than is necessary;
  • we only use your personally identifiable information for the purposes we specify in this Privacy Policy, unless you agree otherwise;
  • we do not keep your personally identifiable information if it is no longer needed; and

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
